Return Policy

Requirements for a Return

• You call customer service within SEVEN DAYS after delivery.

• The item is still in NEW condition

• All Bathrooms Accessories items must not be installed or Use

• All items must carry their tags, seals and all accessories intact

• W’c, Washbasin etc.  must remain in their packaging box


• Call the customer care line (08056021700) or send a mail to  to arrange a retrieval.

• For Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt; We will arrange a retrieval from the same delivery location or advise you to drop off at our Courier Partner Hubs

• Other states will have to drop off at our Courier Partner’s Hubs or send to our address in Lagos directly (Suit 7, Agric Mkt., Coker odun Ade Bus Stop, Lagos..)

• Upon receipt of this item(s), we will conduct a proper quality check to confirm validity of the return.

• If Valid, we shall credit to your bank account after making verification (excludes shipping fee) .

• If you choose the option of Cash Refund, your account shall be credited within 72hrs.

• If Invalid, we shall send the item back to you Please allow for 7days after retrieval for Lagos      orders; 14 days for orders outside Lagos.
